About "Fresh Look"

 "Fresh Look", founded in May 2007, is a non-profit organization working under the umbrella of Athens Area Arts Council. The Festival goal is to stimulate the exhibition of independent international films that give account of cultural diversity. 

These movies, which differ from traditional productions usually marketed to Athens' children and youth, will definitely enrich the lives of the audience. We believe in the potential of film to enhance and foster greater understanding of diverse cultures from around the world.

We recognize that creating opportunities for independent and original films to be seen is an essential part of an open and intellectually curious community.
